About the Performer

Malavika M. Nair is a dedicated dancer specializing in Mohiniyattam and Kuchipudi. She began her journey in dance at the age of 4, building a strong foundation under the guidance of esteemed gurus, including Kalamandalam Vasantha for her initial training, Dr. RLV Ramakrishnan in Mohiniyattam, Geetha Padmakumar in Kuchipudi, and currently, Dr. Neena Prasad. Malavika holds a degree from MG University and completed her MA in Mohiniyattam from Kalady Sanskrit University with distinction, securing second rank. She has trained under renowned masters and performed on various national platforms, showcasing her skill and dedication to her art.
