About the Performer

Shri Perini Kumar Bandi is an exponent of Andhranatyam and Perini Sivatandavam. He was titled "PERINI" due to his expertise in Perini Sivatandavam. Over the years, he has performed in various countries, including India, Africa, Mauritius, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, and Malaysia. In Singapore, he spent 10 years promoting Indian art and culture through performances and teaching. He has trained over 4000 students and conducted workshops to promote Perini and Andhranatyam. He has also produced documentaries and received several awards, including the Perini Rudra Nrutya Choodamani and Gold medal. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Perini.
