About the Performer

Akshaya has completed her BA in Mohiniyattam from Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University and her MA from Sree Sankaracharya University, Kalady. She worked as a dance teacher for 3 years in Kaladeepam, of classical dance, Kalari, Kozhikode. She has been awarded the A.R.R. Bhaskara Rao Memorial Award for securing the highest marks in BA-Bharathanatyam from Kerala Kalamandalam. She is a B-grade artist in DD Malayalam.
