  • Seetha Anand Vaidyam, works through Ananda, Foundation for holistic and healthy learning and living. Ananda, which was primarily started to work with children with learning difficulties, today works in the areas of Education, Health, Environment. During the Covid crisis, Ananda implemented several Social Reach out Programs.

    Early childhood, Remedial Therapy including Movement and Art Therapy, Sustainable living and Holistic Wellness are some of areas of work that Seetha Anand is involved in.

    She's has been a Teacher Trainer in schools across India and abroad.

    She is a Remedial Therapist working with children with learning difficulties.

    She is well known for her workshops on Early childhood, which she conducts for teachers and parents and has done over 750 workshops across the world.

    Many of her articles on Education, Lifestyle and Sustainability have appeared in Newspapers and Magazines in India.

    Over the last 2 decades she has gathered wide experiences in the area of holistic wellness from across the world and offers simple doable nutritional ideas which are easy and beneficial to adopt.

    She is also the author of "Good Food" - a guide to right cooking and eating' which has sold over 3 editions with a foreword written by Internationally acclaimed Vandana Shiva.

    She is a recipient of awards from Confederation of Women entrepreneurs, Beyond Pinks - an undertaking of Niti Aayog, Govt.Of India, T-SIG , Govt.of Telangana. She has been felicitated by many organisations and been called as a chief guest, speaker in many institutions including -
